SEVEN
This next Seven Service is on 9th July - This term we are looking at personal stories of God at Work today
Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm.  SEVEN is a lively, spirit led service with worship, teaching and fellowship.  We meet together after the service socially; it would be good to see you.

Ordination Service – 2nd July 2023, seated at 6:45pm for 7pm start at Christ Church   (See separate Email for further details)   We are delighted to be hosting Marcus Hart, Claire Finlay, Stephen Fraser & James Barlow Ordination Service at Christ Church.  We are expecting a lot of visitors to join them and we are all invited.  School Playground will be available for Parking.  Church Car Park for named guests only.


Summer fun! - Help needed please
Sundays:  In order to give our wonderful children’s and youth team a break over the summer Sundays we are looking for volunteers for the following dates to help with either the crèche (0-3, 3 people needed), children (3-11, ideally a team of 4), youth (11-14, 2 people). Sessions will be prepared for you.
Would you like to come along and lead our children in Worship over the Summer 30th July, 6th August, 13th August, 20th August, 27th August
Summer Blast: Fun activity mornings for children in the local area.  Booking Essential – Please contact [email protected] to book your place Tuesday 8th August (under 5s) , Tuesday 15th August (R-Yr 5), Tuesday 22nd August (R-Yr 5)

Christ Church major event returning!!!
Men’s Barbecue
For the first time since 2019 the Christ Church men’s barbecue is returning!   On Thursday 20th July 2023 at 7.30pm in the grounds of Christ Church, New Road, Ware.
All men are very, very welcome!
Normal rules apply, food & drink (alcohol & soft drinks).  
Cost £20, cash on the night please.

Prayer Space
In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.
The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
 

Summer Picnics – Summer picnics on the school field after Sunday Service, everyone welcome – bring your lunch and something to sit on:  23rd July, 30th July, 6th August, 13th August, 20th August

A group from Christ Church are going again to Week A 26th- 30th July full booking details here.  .  If you have never been before and would like to know more speak to John Hookway, Louise Brett or Mark Hallett. Day tickets are now available. please also note: 0-4's and Additional needs groups have sold out
 

Day at the Beach –SAVE THE DATE Saturday 23rd September 2023
All age beach trip- Walton-on-The Naze (low tide is at midday, so this time we won’t have to relocate because the tide is coming in!)
