Service of the Word – 14th July 12:15pm in Church (after the Friday Coffee Morning 10-12).  This service is on the second Friday of the month.  It is an opportunity for people to attend church during the week and to connect with God.
 
Monthly prayer meeting Monday 17th July 10-11am in the Youth Wing Church Centre (3rd Monday).
Everyone is welcome to join us to pray for the world, local community and life at Christ Church.
 
SEVEN
The next Seven Service is 23rd July this will be the final one for the term- We are looking at personal stories of God at Work today
Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm.  SEVEN is a lively, spirit led service with worship, teaching and fellowship.  We meet together after the service socially; it would be good to see you.
 
Wednesday Welcome 26th July 2:15 for a 2:30pm start – 3:30pm in Church Centre
Wednesday Welcome meet to share news and prayer requests and a chance to get to know people over tea and biscuits.  There is a short service with a speaker often giving a bible-based talk.  This group provides a network and care for members

Summer fun! - Help needed please Sundays:
We are hoping to run children’s and youth groups over the summer but in order for this to happen we need volunteers to help us.
We have lots of spaces on the rota which still need filling!
30th July, 6th August, 13th August, 20th August, 27th August
Signing up to do one week will be a huge help.

MADD
On Thursday 20th July in Christ Church at 11.30am we have the July MADD meeting.  Our guest will be our vicar, Reverend John Hookway, who will be talking about the recent history of our church.  John is also willing to take questions on any topic.  All men are very welcome

Prayer Space  In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
