We have an exciting youth programme at Christ Church and always love to welcome new people! 

Our Youth Ministry is rooted in relationship with God, called to community with each other and living out our faith in the wider world. 

We aim to connect with young people in the local area in order to make God’s presence known, so that they can become rooted and established in God’s love through Bible study, prayer and fellowship together, continuing in a journey of faith together with the intergenerational community of the wider church, welcoming, encouraging, strengthening, and caring for each other in order to be equipped to live a life following Jesus beyond CCW, and motivated to serve others out of the overflow of God’s love, strength and power.

Wednesday evenings 
7.30-9.00pm for school years 7-13
This is a time to hang out together, play games, chill and chat on the sofas and eat snacks! Later in the evening we come together as a whole group to discuss a topical issue and then split into smaller age groups to discuss and have the opportunity to ask for prayer. Everyone is welcome, no need to sign up. 

Sunday Mornings  during the 10.30am service for school years 7-9 We meet upstairs in the church centre and enjoy catching up, playing a game, reading the Bible and praying together. 

Sunday Evenings 
​7.00-8.30pm  for school years 7-13
This term we are using the youth alpha series to explore the big questions of life, faith and God. It is a safe space to explore, question and discuss together, all whilst enjoying some food! 

In addition to our Sunday and Wednesday meetings, we run a number of special events during the year. These include socials, prayer nights and trips away! ​
