Weekly Update

Dear Friends,
Did you know you can hear God’s voice? Discover more in our third video in the new series Biblical Insights for your life of Faith, released today at 12.00pm. It’s a series on what I wish every Christian could know for their life with God. Why not watch them and talk about them with your prayer triplet, mentor or life group.

Sundays
The livestream will continue on Sundays throughout July and August at 10.00am.

This Sunday (12th of July) at 11.15am there will be a short, simple service – with a reading, sermon and prayers, where up to 60 people can attend. To the right is picture of how the church is set up for a wedding, which will be similar for Sunday.

Throughout July, it will be necessary to book a space for the service at 11.15am, this can be done HERE.

Looking ahead, there is more that we have in mind to increase the ministry opportunities and the number of people that can attend but here are some of our advance dates:

• Sunday 19th of July at 11.15am will be a short, simple service – with a reading, sermon and prayers.
• Sunday 26th of July at 11.15am will be a communion service (we will also be having a communion service at 10.30am on Thursday the 23rd of July subject to Borras finishing their work in the building)
• Sunday 26th of July at 16.00pm Jess will be leading a family children’s service. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Sunday 2nd of August at 11.15am will be a short, simple service – with a reading, sermon and prayers.
• Sunday 2nd of August at 20.00pm we will be gathering together for an evening service to watch the New Wine United Breaks Out Live stream with Paul Harcourt.

New Wine Breaks Out 2020
As a church, many of us go to New Wine each summer, this year we are coming to you!! Save the dates.
New Wine - United Breaks Out
30 July – 3 August 2020
New Wine are gathering the family together this summer – across homes, gardens and communities – for an online event for all ages and abilities:

• Morning & evening teaching, worship & prayer ministry, afternoon TED-style seminars, sofa sessions, Q&As and webinars. 
• Kids morning sessions packed with songs, stories and gunge, afternoon fun and games & an Augmented Reality App.
• Luminosity (youth) breakfast time devotions & chat, challenges, workshops, evening celebrations & after parties.
• 1-2-1 prayer slots, mission consultations & international gatherings for Leaders, plus discussions about 'What’s next for the local church?’, 'Leading & well-being' and 'Mission & planting'.
• Local church Community Makers creating fellowship and connection in our homes and communities during the event.

Private Prayer in church. I am delighted to let you know that subject to volunteers being available, we will be opening up for private prayer on Tuesday Mornings from 9.00 to 13.00, from the 23rd of June and then also on Monday evenings from 19.00 to 21.00 from the 29th of June. We will continue to keep the opportunities under review. Please be in touch with the office, if you would like to join the team of volunteers to help supervise. A guide for volunteers is also available.

Prayer meetings: We have a church prayer meeting each Friday at 10.00 via Zoom, for our church and community. Grab a coffee and join in. The link will be in the following email or contact the office. (please don’t share the link on social media)
