Operation Christmas Child – Thank you
Thank you so much to all who gave or helped with Operation Christmas Child, including online shoeboxes. The Christ Church collection centre welcomed donors with 158 shoebox gifts as well as numerous hats and other gifts. We were also involved in collecting over 3,000 boxes from the local area and delivering them to the processing centre in Tonbridge. Our boxes this year went to children in Ukraine and neighbouring countries housing refugees, as well as Bosnia and Central Asia. From the UK as a whole, shoebox gifts were sent to 252,022 children in 7 different countries, so thank you for being part of that.
