Church Electoral Roll: The annual revision of the Church Electoral Roll
What is the Electoral Roll? The church’s Electoral Roll is the register of its voting members; it is a list of those qualified to attend and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. Electoral rolls provide an indication of the real membership and strength of the church.
Who can be on the electoral Roll? If you are baptised and over 16, and either live in the parish, or have worshipped regularly at Christ Church for at least six months; and are committed to being part of the life of the local Church of England congregation. Why Join? Enrolment is a way of saying....“I belong”. For us it is an act of commitment to Christ Church and the church as a whole. You can apply to be on the Electoral Roll at any time. Forms are available at the back of Church. Please contact the office for more details.
Each year the Electoral Roll is revised before the APCM (17 May 2023) If you are not already on the roll and would like to be on it for this year, please complete a form and place in the collection box or give in to the office by Sunday 30th April

ECO TIP - Say no to the mow. Mowing your lawn less, and letting parts of it grow long, saves you time and helps give nature a home. If you want to make an even bigger impact for wildlife, don’t mow your lawn, or a section of it, until August to help even more living creatures.
