20th December 8pm – Comfort at Christmas – A Service for those who don’t find Christmas that easy

CAP Christmas Hampers
Christmas is a time for celebration but for many of our CAP clients, Christmas is a time of stress and feeling guilty as finances are very tight. So to spread some joy this Christmas, we would like to give our clients a special treat in the form of a Christmas hamper.  As a church, we would love you to join us, if you are able, to help collect together some items that will bring a smile this Christmas. Some ideas of what you could contribute are on the leaflet at the back of Church
There will be a box at the back of church for you to leave any donations by 14th December.  Any questions or queries contact [email protected] .  Thank you for your support and generosity in blessing our clients!

 
Wednesday Welcome 13th December 2:30pm – 3:30pm Christmas Special Tea
 

Join In Christmas Café and Craft 2-4pm on Wednesday 20th December for children and their parents/carers. Come and enjoy a drink and yummy snacks whilst creating festive crafts and making a glittery mess in our halls rather than your home!
HELP NEEDED-
Team- We need people to help with serving refreshments (2 people), craft (4 people), welcome/door duty
(1 person).
Invite-  Please spread the word and invite friends along.

We are expecting a lot of people to attend our Christmas Services and we would like to give them some warm hospitality.  We would be very grateful for any donations of Mince pies.  Please leave in the Church Kitchen by the morning of 17thDecember.  Many Thanks
 

Please be aware there is no Friday Coffee Morning on 22nd & 29th December.   We will resume on the 5th January 2024
 

Ware Christmas Together CHRISTMAS DAY Lunch.  A friendly, free Christmas Lunch, originally set up by Ware Churches Together and running for over 20 years. We provide delicious food, company, warmth, and a memorable Christmas Day for those who would otherwise be on their own.  To sign up as a guest or helper for the lunch people can email: [email protected] (see leaflets at back of Church)
 

Toddlers- Can you help? We really need to grow the team and have at least one more person to come and join the team on a Tuesday morning 9-11.15 (session runs from 9.30-11) If you are able to help every week, every other week or are willing to be put on a list so that we can contact you to help cover ad hoc, then please contact the office. If you would like to come along and see what a session looks like before signing up to be on team then you would be very welcome, just get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
 

Bereavement Journey:
We will be running the Bereavement Journey on Monday evenings from 5 February to 18 March 2024. If you would like to be involved with facilitating groups, refreshments etc, please contact [email protected] for more information. Thank you.
 

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
