Good News of Jesus – In the new year on Sundays, we will be looking at the Gospel – the good news that we have in Jesus.  We will be seeing what it is , how it impacts us and how to share it with others, from the book of Romans.
Lifegroups will be studying the Romans Course from the Bible Society, so if you would like to join a group please let the office know or if you want to study it in your prayer triplet or with friends just contact the office for the resource.
 

The Church Office will be closed from Friday 22nd December and will open again on 2nd January 2024
 

Please be aware there is no Friday Coffee Morning on 22nd & 29th December.   We will resume on the 5th January 2024

 
Childrens Sunday Groups  - restart on 7th January
 

Toddlers-   We had over 80 children at the Toddlers Christmas Service this year, all had a lovely time
We look forward to starting back at Toddlers on 15th & 16th January (this is a letter start than normal)
 

Dates for the diary

Friday 26th January 2024 -  Inter-church Quiz – Christ Church will be hosting the Inter-church Quiz on Friday 26th January 2024 at 7.30 p.m.  At this stage please note the date in your new 2024 diary.  Further information will be circulated in early January.

3rd February 2024  - Reset Women’s Day, we’d love to go together as a group- please book your own ticket if you’d like to come along  https://www.new-wine.org/events/reset-24/

25th February 2024 -  Newcomers Welcome Lunch after the 10.30 service
 

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
