Join In Christmas Café and Craft 2-4pm on Wednesday 20th December for children and their parents/carers. Come and enjoy a drink and yummy snacks whilst creating festive crafts and making a glittery mess in our halls rather than your home!
HELP NEEDED-
Team- We need people to help with serving refreshments (2 people), welcome/door duty  (1 person).
Invite-  Please spread the word and invite friends along.

We are expecting a lot of people to attend the Christmas Services and we would like to give them some warm hospitality.  We would be very grateful for any donated Mince pies.  Please leave in the Church Kitchen by the morning of 17th December.  Many Thanks
 

Good News of Jesus – In the new year on Sundays, we will be looking at the Gospel – the good news that we have in Jesus.  We will be seeing what it is , how it impacts us and how to share it with others, from the book of Romans.
Lifegroups will be studying the Romans Course from the Bible Society, so if you would like to join a group please let the office know or if you want to study it in your prayer triplet or with friends just contact the office for the resource.
 
The Church Office will be closed from Friday 22nd December and will open again on 2nd January 2024
 

Please be aware there is no Friday Coffee Morning on 22nd & 29th December.   We will resume on the 5th January 2024

25th February 2024 -  Newcomers Welcome Lunch after the 10.30 service
 

Toddlers- Can you help? We really need to grow the team and have at least one more person to come and join the team on a Tuesday morning 9-11.15 (session runs from 9.30-11) If you are able to help every week, every other week or are willing to be put on a list so that we can contact you to help cover ad hoc, then please contact the office. If you would like to come along and see what a session looks like before signing up to be on team then you would be very welcome, just get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
 

Operation Christmas Child
Thank you so much to all who gave or helped with Operation Christmas Child, including online shoeboxes.  The Christ Church collection centre welcomed donors with 157 shoebox gifts as well as numerous hats and other gifts.  We also collected 3,500 boxes from the local area and delivered them to the processing centre in Coventry.  Our boxes this year went to children in Ukraine, Eastern Europe and West Africa.
 

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
