It has been an amazing privilege in the development of the school. Her commitment to pupils, the staff, community and our Christian ethos has been an outstanding example. Many have been able to develop, grow and flourish over her time. We look forward to celebrating all those achievements and to thank Ania for her servant leadership and commitment to the school later in the Summer Term. The Governors have already been planning for this transition with a small team set up with the support of the Diocese and Herts for Learning to lead the recruitment of a new Head Teacher and the advert is now on teach in herts, Teacher Recruitment, Hertfordshire UK - Headteacher (teachinherts.com) as well as social media. Please do be sharing the advert, and holding Mrs Vaughan and the school in your thoughts and prayers at this time of transition. It is a privilege to have a partnership with the school since it was founded nearly 165 years ago. The Governors and I continue to be excited for all the future holds with an experienced and capable senior leadership team at school along with a great staff and community.
