​We continue our series on "Exodus for Today".  During this term there are resources for Lifegroups and several other special activities for us as a Church.  Keep an eye on the notices for; films, kids crafts and Explanation of Passover evening.

Service of the Word Friday 10th January 12:15pm in Church (after the Friday Coffee Morning 10-12).  This service will be on the second Friday of the month.  The service is an opportunity for people to attend church during the week and to connect with God.


SEVEN  This Sunday 12th January Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm.   This term we are looking at Micah.

Interested in exploring the Christian Faith? -Why not Join Alpha 
Alpha is a series that explores the basics of the Christian faith in a welcoming, open and friendly environment.  It's free and there's no pressure or follow up - Everyone's welcome.

The Bereavement Journey
Seven free sessions of films and discussion for anyone bereaved anytime, whether grieving a death now, or wanting to explore a previous bereavement that may be unresolved. This course is for bereaved adults to do their own grief work.

We will be running a second course on Tuesday evenings from 29th April to 10th June 2025 from 7:30pm – 9:30pm


Supporting Leadership  On Monday the 10th February and 10th March(from 8.00pm till 9.45pm in the church) we will be holding 2 sessions looking at how we grow and support each other as Christian leaders.  These sessions are open to anyone, whether you have a role in leadership at work or the church,  or wanting to think about leadership. Children's Work
We are starting an After School Club for year 4-6 on Wednesdays 3.30-5. We are looking for people to join this team.  On Wednesday 15th January at 4.15pm - Church Centre we will be meeting to pray for this outreach. Dorothy Baker The Thanksgiving Service for the life of Dorothy is being held on Monday 13th January, 2:30pm at Christ Church.


Eco Church
Spring Cleaning: Could you change any of you cleaning products to something more Eco friendly? Buy one and try it. If it doesn't work well, try a different one.  We regularly get Eco toilet cleaner and washing up liquid, but we're still searching for an effective bathroom cleanser, having tried a few.  Just one change is a positive step in the right direction.

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
