Dear Friends, This week continue our new series  looking Prayer in the Beginning of Samuel: Hannah's Prayer of Thanks, 1 Samuel 2:1-11   Join us at 9 am or 10.30 am in church.  You can also join us as usual every Sunday at 10.30 am on our live stream. ​Service of the Word Friday 12th July 12:15pm in Church (after the Friday Coffee Morning 10-12).  This service will be on the second Friday of the month.  The service is an opportunity for people to attend church during the week and to connect with God.


CC Summertime- A free festival with live music, hog roast, inflatable and games!
Sunday 14th July 6.00pm-8.00pm.  Please pray for this event and think about who you can invite.

Monthly Prayer Meeting - Monday 15th July 10-11am in the Youth WingChurch Centre (3rd Monday).  Why not come and join us as we pray for the world, local community and life at Christ Church. 


July MADD meeting is getting close! Thursday 18th July 2024, 11.30am, Christ Church, Ware.   Our guest will be Mary Salter.  All men are very, very welcome!!
18th July at 7.30pm.  Christ Church Centre – Christ Church Ware (Eco Church)  Your chance to hear Councillor George Williams of Ware Town Council talk about our council's approach to the Local Environment.  Climate change and the decline in British wildlife is high on the agenda and should be of concern to all of us.  He will address how our Council is working to develop and enhance the amenities and facilities of the town and its environs.   He will also cover his own interests and concerns regarding this large subject and will answer questions from the audience.  All are Welcome


21st July 3:30pm – Ware Remembered are visiting the site and Church – to understand more of our history.  All welcome to come along.  We would love to be able to offer Tea and Coffee to our visitors.  If you are able to assist please contact the office.

Saturday 14th September Beach Trip to Walton-on-the-Naze, details to follow, we meet on the beach!


Date for the Diary – CCW Away Day @ Home - Saturday, 5th Octoberfor our church day with children and youth activities, social time, teaching and worship together, shared lunch and also for the Friday evening where we will be having a time of worship, prayer and social together as well.


Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.

Eco-Tip World Water Day, Mar 25th.   Any day can be your world water day, a reminder to contribute to water conservation for sake of our world.  Have a cooler shower, a shorter shower, a cold shower, even. Those who adopt this policy feel invigorated and enlivened, and every little helps conserve the most important resource in the world – the stuff of Life, even in our rain-soaked country
