OM Ships is part of the global Christian training and outreach movement, Operation Mobilisation. The ministry focuses on three different aspects: sharing knowledge, help and hope to the people of the world. They share knowledge through the books they provide (educational and spiritual), help with the relief and aid ministry, and hope by sharing personal faith and the Gospel. OM Ships ministry began in 1970, since then OM's ships have visited over 500 different ports in 151 countries and territories and welcomed over 47 million visitors on board.
