The Bereavement Journey Seven free sessions of films and discussion for anyone bereaved anytime, whether grieving a death now, or wanting to explore a previous bereavement that may be unresolved. This course is for bereaved adults to do their own grief work. Join us in church Thursday 23rd May for seven weeks 10am – 12noon in Church. Please contact the Rachel Quinlan for a registration form: [email protected] Summer Fun - Help needed please Sundays: In order to give our wonderful children’s and youth team a break over the summer Sundays, we are looking for volunteers to help with; crèche 0-5, children 5-11, youth 11-14. You will be in a team and sessions will be prepared for you. On the following dates; 28th July, 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August Activity mornings: for children in the local area. Team required for mornings. Will include; games, craft, and bible story. There will be further communication in the next few weeks – Please watch this space Eco Tip: As part of your drive to reduce your plastics use, are you using bulk-buying of fluids supplied in plastic bottles – laundry wash, rinse-aid, washing-up fluids, hand-soap, shower-gel, cooking oils, etc., allowing you to reuse your smaller home containers. While you are at it you might consider switching to shampoo bars rather than plastic bottles. We have a very convenient bulk-buy shop in central Ware and a similar shop in Hertford. (Ask locals if you do not know of them.) Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church. The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week. Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
