SEVEN  Next Seven Service is 23rd February - This term we are looking at Micah.  Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm.


Service of the Word Friday 14th February 12:15pm in Church (after the Friday Coffee Morning 10-12).  This service will be on the second Friday of the month.  The service is an opportunity for people to attend church during the week and to connect with God.


Monthly Prayer Meeting - Monday 17th February 10-11am in the Youth Wing Church Centre (3rd Monday).  Why not come and join us as we pray for the world, local community and life at Christ Church.


Supporting Leadership  On Monday 10th March (from 8.00pm till 9.45pm in the church) we will be holding the 2nd sessions looking at how we grow and support each other as Christian leaders.  These sessions are open to anyone, whether you have a role in leadership at work or the church,  or wanting to think about leadership. If you would like to come please let us know by e mailing the office,  contacting John Hookway or just turn up.


 Ignite!   Our new after school group for children aged 8-11 years old (school year 4-6). Yesterday we had 17 children at our first session and even more signed up to come to the next one on 19th March ! We had great fun playing games, doing craft, making s'mores and hearing a story about Jesus calming the storm!
We would love to make this a more regular club but we need more team to make this happen.  If you would like to hear more about how you could be involved then please speak to Lizzie [email protected] or contact the office.


Join In!- Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th February.  Our fun event for parents/carers to come to together with bouncy castle, soft play, games, bible story and café.
We have a great team ready to help, we have people signed up to come…. we now just need lots of cake and prayer!
Please bring cakes along on Sunday and leave in the church kitchen.

Passover Explained
Wednesday 26th March 7.30pm  - Come taste, experience, and understand a bit more about the Passover.  Looking into Exodus 12v1-30


GREEN FINGERS NOT NEEDED - Do you like to see the planters and tubs by the tower and the entrance to the Church Centre in bloom with colourful flowers and greenery.  Perhaps you would might like to consider volunteering to help maintain them.  Whether you do it alone, with a friend, or as a family, your contribution will make a big difference.  Simply speak with one of the Tuesday Gardeners or send a note to the office.  Let's make it happen so that it is another shining example of our care for God's creation which we are sharing with each other. Easter Lone Parents Event
We are hoping to put on an Easter event for any lone parent families from our church and community.  We just need a couple more people to come along and engage with our lovely families between 4 and 6 pm on Saturday 29th March (stay till 7 if you can for a roast dinner!).  Please contact the office as soon as possible if you can help.


Eco Church
Could you reduce your meat and dairy consumption? - we all know that consumption of meat and dairy products makes a massive contribution to greenhouse gases.  The health experts also mostly seem to recommend eating more plants.  Going vegan is asking a bit much for most of us, but could you commit to reducing your consumption of meat and dairy, perhaps eating vegetarian a couple of days a week. Why not try this, just for a week, or a month? Or, plan to try it for Lent?  Every little reduction in carbon emissions is good

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
