SEVEN Service -  The next Seven service is on 14th September There will be no Seven services on 24th August.  Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm


Children's Church – Praise God, it's growing! 🙌
We're thrilled to see our Children's Church flourishing — what a blessing!  As we welcome more little ones, we especially need extra hands in Bubbles (ages 3–5) to help nurture and guide them.

Prayer Opportunities and Praying at Christ Church
We want to hear from anyone who would like to have more opportunities to pray together for the world and each other.

• Would you like to be part of a group praying for the world and the church on a regular basis?
• Would you like to form a prayer triplet or have a prayer partner to do this with?

We have three opportunities for you to find out more or express your interest.

Invitation to Join a Life Group
We really encourage everyone at Christ Church to be involved in a life group. Life groups meet nearly every week to chat, read the bible, and pray together.  A lot of groups host socials and serve food for hospitality too. Most life groups meet on a Wednesday evening, with a couple of Tuesday evening and daytime options available. You don't have to be available every week but coming as regularly as possible is helpful.

This term we will be looking at a few psalms in our bible studies- considering how we can worship the God of all in All of Life. Worship reorientates us and helps us have hope. Meanwhile our sermon series is looking at the reasons we hope, through the book of Isaiah. We are also having an evening where all life groups will be praying for the world at the same time.

We have a new life group starting and there have been some changes within our existing groups, so this is a great time for you to decide to come and try out a life group. Depending on where you are at in your faith journey, and what you are going through in life- they provide both an opportunity to support and teach others, as well as a space that offering a space that you can be supported and learn from others.


Summer Blast - Praise God - Over the past 3 Tuesday's, we have had 66 children attending Summer Blast.
The children had a great variety of activities including; archery, games, craft, modeling and engaging with bible stories.  Thank you to the team of volunteers who have supervised, planned, joined in with activities and prayed.  It has been a great success.  Keep praying that seeds are being sown.

Eco Church
In these dry summer months don't forget to leave some water out for wildlife. A shallow dish of fresh water is good for birds, hedgehogs and many insects, keeping them hydrated and cool.  If you have the space, a bigger long term project might be to create a pond in your garden.


Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.  For 24/7 urgent (and confidential) prayer requests please send an email to [email protected].
