​SEVEN  The next Seven Service is on the 9th March - This term we are looking at Micah.  Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm.


Ash Wednesday Service – 5th March 8pm  in Church

Supporting Leadership  On Monday 10th March (from 8.00pm till 9.45pm in the church) we will be holding the 2nd sessions looking at how we grow and support each other as Christian leaders.  These sessions are open to anyone, whether you have a role in leadership at work or the church,  or wanting to think about leadership. If you would like to come please let us know by e mailing the office, or contacting John Hookway or just turn up.


Ignite!   Our new after school group for children aged 8-11 years old (school year 4-6). We had 17 children at our first session and even more signed up to come to the next one on 19th March ! We had great fun playing games, doing craft, making s'mores and hearing a story about Jesus calming the storm!   We would love to make this a more regular club but we need more team to make this happen.  If you would like to hear more about how you could be involved then please speak to Lizzie [email protected] or contact the office.


Passover Explained
Wednesday 26th March 7.30pm – in Church
Open to Everyone, Lifegroup Youth…   Come taste, experience, and understand a bit more about the Passover.   Looking into Exodus 12v1-30


Easter Lone Parents Event
We are hoping to put on an Easter event for any lone parent families from our church and community.  We just need a couple more people to come along and engage with our lovely families between 4 and 6 pm on Saturday 29th March (stay till 7 if you can for a roast dinner!).  Please contact the office as soon as possible if you can help


Toddlers Monday & Tuesday Mornings
no need to sign up just come along for play time, stories and singing for under 5's and their parents/carers
We would love to have some more people join our team, it would be good to have some male volunteers as we see a growing number of dads and grandads joining us each week.
It would also be good to have help in the kitchen serving teas and coffees.


EcoChurch
We all know that we should try to reduce our use of plastics, avoid single-use plastics and buy unpackaged items where possible.  If you do have soft plastics, like bags, you probably know that the large supermarkets all have a hopper to collect them for recycling. It's usually near the entrance, or checkouts.  I've only just realised that as well as any plastic bag and film, they also take crisp and snack packets, the nets citrus fruit comes in and, food and pet pouches. Every little helps.

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
