​Summer SEVEN  This SUNDAY We are having a one off  Summer Seven Service 17th August 7pm with outside worship (back of Church).  There will be no Seven services on 27th July, 10th & 24th August.  Seven Service is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 7pm


Prayer Meeting - Monday 18th August 10-11am in the Youth Wing Church Centre (3rd Monday).  Why not come and join us as we pray for the world, local community and life at Christ Church.


Summer Blast This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with children our local area and share about God.  Tuesday mornings 9:30am – 12noon -19th  26th August

·         Items for JUNK modelling, general clean rubbish which could be utilised in this way eg; Boxes (Cereal, Small/Medium)  Plastic Bottles (various sizes), scrap material…  please drop off at Centre by Monday 25th August

Christians Against Poverty – CAP
We have a CAP debt centre, based at Christ Church, providing a free debt counselling service to the local community.  A drop in session is available every Thursday between 11:30am and 1:00pm in the main hall of the Christ Church centre if you'd like to find out more about accessing our services.  Debt helpline 0800 328 0006

Eco Church
In these dry summer months don't forget to leave some water out for wildlife. A shallow dish of fresh water is good for birds, hedgehogs and many insects, keeping them hydrated and cool.  If you have the space, a bigger long term project might be to create a pond in your garden.


This year's annual Bike 'n Hike – takes place on Saturday 13th  September.  It is run by Bed & Herts Historic Churches Trust, who kindly gave us a grant towards the refurbishment

Prayer Space In the prayer area at the back of church there are cards for you to leave a; Testimony, Things to Pray for, as well as words for us as a Church.  The Staff team will then take time to pray during for them during the week.  Please place completed cards in the offertory box or give to a member of the clergy.
