“Soul Survivor is 5-day event where together we get to journey with God, worship Him, learn more about Him, encounter Him and be changed in the process. We spend time praising God, listening to His word and praying for each other in main meetings. Plus we have the chance to get the low down on all manner of topics and issues in our massive array of teaching sessions. On top of that there’s the hanging out drinking hot chocolate in makeshift cafes or checking out live gigs. This summer’s events are happening over three weeks in two different locations around the country.”
We’re planning to go to Week C which is from Saturday 16th-Wednesday 20th August. If you’re worrying about missing you’re A-level results, don’t! Week C is the week after level results week (according to the UCAS website). The event is only for those who will have completed Year 9 by the time we go.
We need to know how many people will be coming therefore if you would like to come please complete the attached form along with a deposit of £10 and give it to your cell leader/ Madeleine or us by the Sunday 17th February. Once we have a deposit and we know you are coming we will send you a letter with more information and further prices. Please be aware that the deadline for the full amount of £79 is Friday 25th April. However don’t worry because you can still book after this date but the price will rise to £87. If for any reason money is a problem then don’t let it stop you coming; speak to Madeleine and she’ll try and work something out.
