Open to anyone and everyone, from 10:00am until 12:00 noon drinks are served, with toast or biscuits. You can buy a cup of tea for only 25p. And then from 12:00 noon a two course meal with coffee is available for only £2.50. The main meal could be anything from Shepherds Pie to Sausage Casserole, complete with a choice of puddings, be it Spotted Dick or Apple Pie.
There is no need to book, you can just turn up. A perfect pit stop when shopping in Ware. Tuesday Lunches normally welcomes about 20-30 people each week and they come not only for lunch, but to chat and catch up with friends.
